Homeward Bound

LTC America, LLC is a partner with Homeward Bound Services, Inc. offering programs designed to meet the needs of seniors who have been declined LTC insurance, or otherwise decided against. The Assisted Living Service Agreement is NOT an insurance contract, but provides access to home care at discounted rates, making it an affordable option for today's seniors.

Home Care Services provided without prior hospitalization, regardless of medical history with few exceptions.*

	Cooking
	Cleaning
	Meal Preparation
	Reminding to Take Medication (topical or oral)
	Bathing Assistance
	Mobility/Stability (walking)
	Dressing

	Transport to Doctor, friends, etc.
	Toileting
	Make Phone Calls - Water Plants
	Shopping
	Read to Customer
	Laundry
	Homemaking
	Other Household Chores

* Exceptions are those who are already in a nursing home or are terminally ill.
