Below are some of the qualifications for groups:

Be
a member based, not consumer based affiliation (i.e.
bank depositors don't qualify);

Have a constitution and by-laws;

Be
active at least one year;

Hold regular meetings and members have voting
privileges; and

Provide verifying documentation (by-laws, constitution,
etc) upon company request; or

Be
composed of a class of employees (min 5 full-time)
working for a single employer
Charitable/philanthropic, customer groups, church
members, social/senior clubs will not qualify.
